Welcome to the website of the JAMAICAN AIRLINE PILOTS ASSOCIATION (JALPA), based in Kingston, Jamaica, and representing over one hundred and fifty pilots who are employed to Air Jamaica Holdings Limited.

We are a group of professional pilots, whose goal is always to ensure your safety, and to perform or duties at the highest levels of professionalism and integrity.

The JAMAICAN AIRLINE PILOTS ASSOCIATION in its endeavours to promote safety and an equitable mutual agreement between employees and employers, and employees and employees hereby with pride and without prejudice adopt as their cardinal principle this motto:-
